- Provide strategic direction and guidance to HSE professionals within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate HSE performance and develop improvement plans as necessary.
- Oversee incident and accident investigations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, clients, and industry associations.
