    Educational qualifications and certificates:

    Experience:

    Previous experience in IT support of at least two years.
    Deep knowledge of operating systems (such as Windows, MacOS, Linux) and office software (such as Microsoft Office).

    The ability to deal tactfully with users and understand their technical needs.
