    Our Client (a leading& most preferred realtors network & real estateinvestment hub in Africa) is currently in need of a CIVIL ENGINEER.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • Developingconstruction plans, blueprints, and technicaldrawings/documents
    • Overseeing andmanaging construction projects and engineeringprocesses
    • Analyzing and offeringtechnical advice to constructiondesigns
    • Examining and calculatingconstruction/projectcosts
    • Coordinatingwith Contractors and Suppliers about construction materials andproject contracts
    • Ensuring allconstruction activities comply with the industry standards, safetyguidelines, andregulations
    • Documenting detailed andaccurate construction reco
    • Ensuringconstruction project completion on time and within the assignedbudget
    • Communicating the projectprogress status with the Construction ProjectManager
    • Preparing a physical dummyof the constructionprojects
    • Negotiating projectcontract terms and examining legal requirements

    JobRequirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or arelated field
    • Holding a validengineering license to practice
    • Atleast 3 years of experience as a Construction Engineer, CivilEngineer, or similar job role in the constructionindustry
    • Familiarity with 3D designsoftware like TinkerCAD, BlocksCAD, andSolidworks
    • Basic understanding ofsurveying equipment and constructionmaterials
    • Knowledge of ProjectManagement and Construction ManagementSoftware


    Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering,or a related field Holding a valid engineering license to practiceAt least 3 years of experience as a Construction Engineer, CivilEngineer, or similar job role in the construction industryFamiliarity with 3D design software like TinkerCAD, BlocksCAD, andSolidworks Basic understanding of surveying equipment andconstruction materials Knowledge of Project Management andConstruction Management Software Excellent technical andmathematical skills
