    Job Purpose

    Provide exceptional travel planning and advisory services to our clients by creating personalized itineraries that cater to the unique preferences and needs of each client, while maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Handling telephone and email, WhatsApp inquiries professionally and efficiently
    • Creating bespoke, tailor-made holidays for a variety of Saudi regions
    • You will be required to provide/partake in booking all aspects of the client's travel.
    • Offering excellent customer service, whilst building strong relationships
    • Offering first-hand knowledge and destination/product advice
    • Identify innovative ways of improving the client experience.
    • Organize and host private dining experiences for prospective and current clients.
    • Be prepared to Host trips around the Kingdom traveling with clients.

    Job Requirements

    Educational qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field

    Experience & Skills

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge of MS office
    • Knowledge of ERP
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
