Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

Terrafirma Human Resources Consultancies Co. LLC is a leading hospitality consulting firm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team.

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. You will also be responsible for managing and training junior kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Continuously strive to improve food quality and presentation
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Proven track record of managing and training junior kitchen staff
• Creative and passionate about food
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
