General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

• Theresponsibility covers all the necessary interface and coordinationof the design and engineering works managed to ensure the alignmentof the scope and schedule of all projects.
• Coordinate with the Technical Design teams to ensure thealignment of their design delivery schedule are aligned with masterschedule of projects delivery.
• Monitor theperformance of the Design Consultant(s) to ensure the Designcorrectness and completeness as well as compliance with the scopeof work requirements.
• Control and manageSenior Discipline Engineers of the Project Management Team withrespect to Design aspects.
• Evaluate andendorse variation orders/concession request submitted by the DesignConsultant(s) for Clients approval.
• Attend allmeetings with Design Consultant(s) his subconsultants and ClientsMeetings.
• Review project design strategy andmake recommendation to client.
• Assist andmonitor and ensure timely submittals of all documents from theDesign Consultant(s) to all government departments until obtainingthe final permits necessary to proceed with the works until finalcompletion.
• Ensure that tender documents aredelivered by the consultant as per tendering plan.
• Provide necessary projects input data to the technicaldesign consultants.
• Regularly update thetechnical department of future projects requirements.
• Development and rectification of department operatingstructure Org. Chart Roles Responsibilities as well tools to bedeployed software apply Intl best practice.
• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality EnvironmentalSafety and Occupational Health Policies Manuals and Procedures inplace within Hill International and ensures continued compliancewith these requirements while employed by Hill.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the linemanager/supervisor.

QualificationsExperience Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor / Master of engineering or from an accrediteduniversity.
• Minimum 10 years experience inwater and wastewater projects design and engineering works andproject management.
• Knowledge of water andwastewater master plan.
• Excellent projectmanagement skills.
• Experience in working withor management engineering consultant works.
• Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
