    The Trading SalesManager will be responsible for leading and managingproduct sales developing and implementing sales strategies anddriving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate shouldhave a strong background in sales excellent leadership skills and adeep understanding of the trading industry. This role requiressomeone who is highly motivated resultsoriented and able to thrivein a fastpaced and competitiveenvironment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve salestargets and increase market share
    2. Identify newbusiness opportunities and develop relationships with prospectiveclients
    3. Build and maintain strongrelationships with suppliers and clients
    4. Monitor market trends competitor activities and customerneeds to identify opportunities for product development andimprovement
    5. Prepare and present sales reportsand forecasts to senior management
    6. Stayupdated with industry developments and trends to provide strategicinsights and recommendations
    7. Provide trainingand support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledgeand sales skills
    8. Manage and resolve customercomplaints and issues in a timely and satisfactorymanner

    PreferredCandidate:

    1. Minimum of6 years of experience in sales preferably in the tradingindustry
    2. Proven track record of achievingsales targets and driving revenue growth
    3. Strong leadership and team management skills
    4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsand key stakeholders
    6. Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
    7. Ability to work underpressure and meet tight deadlines
    8. Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
    9. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions andbusiness needs
    10. Proficient in Microsoft Officesuite
    11. Familiarity with construction relatedproducts
