Responsibilities
- Oversight day-to-day maintenance activities within paint shop including preventive predictive corrective maintenance
- Pretreatment lines electrocoating systems ovens paint booths robots conveyors environmental controls optomizing functioning ensuring optimal operation all time
- Manage team maintenance technicians electricians engineers implementing monitoring preventive maintenace programs CMMS Computerized Maintnace Management Systems
- Troubleshoot resolve mechanical electrical automation issues minimal downtime collaborating production quality teams ensure alignment operational goals paint quality standards Class A finish managing spare parts inventory ensure critical spares available avoid extended downtime monitor compliance safety health regulations developing tracking maint KPIs MTBF MTTR cost efficiency drive continuous improvement initiatives Lean Six Sigma TPM methodologies non-disclosure confidential information organization adherence Health Safety Security Environment policies standards across business functions under department
