We're Hiring: Payroll Officer at UTECUTEC is a Market leader in Saudi Arabia producing Medium Power Oil Transformers Dry Type Distribution Transformers Unit Package Prefabricated and Mobile Substations Medium Voltage Switchgear Low Voltage Switchgears All type of Panels Modular Prefabricated Data Centers Payroll Officer responsibilities include calculating employees compensation updating internal payroll databases ensuring timely payments What You'll Bring Manage monthly payroll processing for Permanent and Contract Employees ensuring accuracy timeliness Maintain update payroll data including new hires terminations salary revisions attendance records Calculate verify salaries overtime deductions benefits Handle employee inquiries related to payroll benefits payslips professional manner Coordinate with HR Finance teams ensure accurate data integration systems Manage track employee loans new loan applications approvals repayment schedules Prepare submit Mudad report month ensure compliance Saudi labor regulations Prepare Final Settlements resigned terminated employees Stay updated on payroll Mudad GOSI labor law requirements Minimum Qualification Experience Any Bachelor's degree Accounting Finance HR .
