Our client is a leading third party engineering firm specialized in Testing, Inspection, Certification, Engineering Services and Knowledge & Education in the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia is looking for a ' Head of Center of Excellence for Fire Safety' to join their team.

This opportunity is on-site in Dammam, KSA.

Job Description

• Practices and Fields

Client is expanding their Center of Excellence for Fire Safety, encompassing the following areas:

• Fire Resistance Testing
• Reaction to Fire Testing
• Fire Safety product certification
• Fire Conferences and Training
• Fire Safety Inspections
• Fire safety technical assessment
• Indicative Fire Resistance Testing projects assessment

The head of this center will lead the implementation of these practices and ensure their growth.

• Accreditation

Our client holds several key accreditations and certifications, which the centers head will maintain and expand.

• Relationship with Interested Parties

The Head of Center of Excellence for Fire Testing will build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster collaboration within the fire testing ecosystem.

• Marketing and Business Development

This role involves driving marketing efforts, supervising the online presence, and creating an impactful brand image.

• Job Description Requirements

In addition to specific responsibilities, the role encompasses activities such as:

• Coordinating organizational activities for efficiency and profitability.
• Ensuring commercial profitability and maintaining an outstanding organizational image.
• Developing and implementing organization policies and goals.
• Overseeing competency of personnel responsible for QMS-related tasks.
• Promoting the organization in relevant associations.
• Supervising recruitment processes.
• Location and Reporting

The Head of the Fire Safety Center of Excellence will be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, covering the Middle East region.

Reporting to the General Manager and/or Country Manager.

• Supervision

Supervises key managers within the organization.

• Cooperation and Contact

Collaboration with all personnel in the company and relevant stakeholders.
