JobResponsibilities

' Discusspossible vacation options with clients and suggest destinations,transportation methods and lodging possibilities, depending oncustomerinterests.

'Make reservations for clients for air travel, car rentals, traintravel, hotel lodging and resort bookings while ensuring theclient's preferences for the type of transport or hotel room aremet.

' Helpcustomers learn about new destinations, resorts and vacationoptions by giving details about features, benefits and experiencesavailable toguests.

'Ensure top earning potential by selling various packages thatinclude hotel, car and airline tickets or other combinations tohelp the company meet quarterly or monthly salesgoals.

'Coordinate payment schedules for vacation packages or other tripcomponents with clients and process payments via credit card, checkor cash.

'Offer potential customers a comprehensive price quote for any typeof destination package, airline ticket or hotelstay.

'Organize itinerary materials for clients by printing outinformation related to plane tickets, hotel booking confirmationsor other necessary paperwork.
