    Job description:

    Job Purpose

    alfanar is seeking a talented and experienced RPA Developer proficient in UIPath and Power Automate Flow to join our team. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.

    Key Accountability Areas

    Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.

    Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UIPath and Power Automate Flow.

    Build and configure bots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, and data manipulation processes.

    Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, process flows, and workflow diagrams.

    Conduct testing and debugging of RPA applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.

    Monitor and troubleshoot deployed bots to identify and resolve any issues or errors.

    Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders during the implementation and post-implementation phases.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA tools, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

    • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
