4- Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and contractual obligations.5- Review and analyze contractual documents, identifying potential risks, ambiguities, or non-compliance issues, and propose appropriate solutions or amendments.
