● establish a safe and stimulatingenvironment for students

● plan, feedback andteach in line with school and departmentalprocedures

● plan, prepare and deliver schemes ofwork in accordance with school policies

●maintain a working knowledge of relevant curricula and otherdocuments

● maintain records ofstudents' progress including all statutory documentsrequired by the school and local authorities

●produce reports and grades for students as per the schoolcalendar

● conduct termly interviews with parentsto discuss and explain their child's performance andprogress in school
