    • The Head of School will reportdirectly to the Director of Schools and Education EC-12 andExecutive Director for EC-12, and is responsible for implementingthe Board approved strategy under the direction of the Sectorleadership.
    • Working in collaboration with theNCS Senior Leadership Team, he/she will be responsible for leadingthe school through the IB PYP, MYP, DP and CP authorizationprocess
    • Evaluating the school'sperformance against the ACE standards of the NEASC Accreditation(currently underway).
    • Identify the prioritiesfor continuous improvement; raising standards; ensuring equality ofopportunity for all; developing school and IB policies andpractices in conjunction with the ERI Team and the InternalAdvisory Board
