    Job Overview

    We arelooking for a Customer Success Executive to enhance our brandequity and value. Efficiently managing and enhancing customerrelationships will boost your candidature as a good CustomerSuccess Executive. Your promptness and professionalism in handlingcustomer queries will help in growing our customer base.
    Besides, you will act as the main point of contactbetween customers and the product development team. Implementingworkable solutions to promote the company's products and serviceswill also be your responsibility.
    You will becoordinating with the support team and the product development teamto provide solutions to the customers by responding to them in atimely manner.
    You will play a vital role in improvingcustomer satisfaction by providing the best customer experience. Ifyou can help build long term business relationships, then we wouldlove to have you on board.

    Responsibilities

    • Networking to develop customer relationships.
    • In-depth understanding of our product andservices to resolve customer queries.
    • Abilityto gauge customer potential and to offer them suitable subscriptionservices.
    • Maintaining an updated record of allcustomers daily.
    • Ability to analyze customer srequirement and to provide the best possible solution.
    • Reviewing and implementing improvementmeasures and procedures.
    • Training new teammembers who join the company.
    • Handling allcustomer queries and complaints professionally.
    • Identifying and contacting potentialbusinesses to promote our product and services.
    • Enhancing customer experience with impeccablecustomer service.
    • Following up with customerson subscription renewals.
    • Conducting productdemonstrations and presentations.

    Requirements

    • BE or BTechin IT/CSE/ETC or BCA.
    • 0 - 2 Years ofexperience in a customer facing role in technology sector.
    • Sound knowledge of geography, markets andbusinesses around the world.
    • A goodunderstanding of web technology, database, browsers and GUI, API,cloud computing, SaaS, Data Protection, Operating System, MicrosoftO365.
    • Ability to provide great customerservice.
    • Good analytical and problem-solvingskills.
    • Having a technical aptitude.
    • Demonstrating good patience level.
    • Ability to work unsupervised and be a teamplayer.
    • Detail-oriented individual having theability to prioritize tasks.
    • Knowledge ofindustry best practices.
    • Having a positiveattitude and the willingness to learn.
    • Complete understanding of the company sproducts and services.
    • Ability to adhere tothe company policies and guidelines.
