+Qualifications
- Bachelor in engineering from an accredited international university
- Minimum 15-20 years' experience in planning scheduling including having worked as the scheduling manager on large-scale projects/li>Experience performing monitoring reviewing planning control functions which include schedule development control analysis/field/home office/ Knowledge supervision personnel administration training technical/non-technical personnel/Skilled verbal/written communication/Advanced knowledge engineering procurement contracts construction startup processes/Knowledge engineering/construction management acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience/Demonstrated ability plan organize direct perform review present schedule products independently minimal supervision/high professional judgment/knowledge related technical planning/scheduling skills/engineering design construction procurement practices/Working knowledge engineering/procurment contracts/startup/set up work processes/Expertise gained working Western internationally reputed firms/Must led large PC Department working top international firms/prestigious projects/Demonstrated skill management supervisory/personnel administrative functions/Excellent verbal/written communication skills/experience working internationally preference KSA experience/li>
