    Experience in the local Meat market sales for Sheep & Goat Meat and types of common local Mutton meat products is MANDATORY, Knolwedge in the well known competitors for livestock meat, good relations with local meat selling companies, HoReCa, Supermarkets.

    The Role

    You Will Be Responsible For

    • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
    • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
    • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
    • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
    • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
    • Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
    • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
    • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
    • Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
    • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
    • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

    Ideal Profile

    Skills Required

    • Experience in sheep & Goat meat sales is MANDATORY.
    • You have at least 3 years experience within a Sales (B2C), Telesales or Inside Sales role, ideally within the FMCG and Hospitality industry.
    • You have prior experience in dealing with HORECA, Distributors and General Trade / Open Trade.
    • You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
    • Experience within National Sales and Area Sales would be a strong advantage.
    • Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.
    • You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering ANZ and Rest of Asia.
    • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
    • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
