El Ajou Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Projects Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales and account management, specifically within project sales, and a solid educational foundation in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Leverage your engineering knowledge to communicate effectively with clients and internal technical teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Create and present detailed proposals outlining how our products/services align with project needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in project sales or account management.
• Strong technical background and ability to understand and articulate complex engineering solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
