    SAIPA TraineeAccountant (Property/Real Estate)

    Ourclient provides a complete suite of services to property investors,from the acquisition, financing and management of investmentproperties (including rental and maintenance management) toaccounting and trust services. They are truly a national propertyinvestment company, ideally positioned to assist property investorsto master every stage in a successful property investment andachieve financialfreedom.

    Requirements

    • Matricrequired
    • CompletedBCom, Management Accounting or Financial ManagementDegree
    • Computerliterate
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
    • Workingknowledge of Word andExcel.
    • Deadlinedriven and able to workindependently.
    • Validdrivers license and own transport available during officehours.
    Responsibilities
    • Capturetransactions in accountingrecords.
    • Performreconciliations.
    • Performbookkeeping to trialbalance.
    • Interpretingclients accounting records and compiling annual financialstatements (IFRS for SME).
    • Performtax calculations and complete income tax returns and provisionaltaxreturns.
    • PerformVAT and PAYE calculations in order to submit returns onE-filing.
    • Assistaccountants with various client matters, including administrativework.
    • Resolvequeries.
    • Performingtasks required in terms of the SAIPA competencyframework.
    • Anyother tasks related to the role as a SAIPA TraineeAccountant.
