Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should attend inbound/outbound calls/contact new client and provide appropriate information about our service.
• Promoting our service to international clients.
• Develop strong customer relationships with Current and Potential Client
• Understand the needs of the prospects and guide accordingly.
• Answer the questions and concern of new and existing clients.

Eligibility criteria:

• H.s/Graduate/post graduate can apply.
• Both Fresher s and experienced candidate can apply.
• Candidate having fluent and Excellent English communication skill will be eligible (Both verbal and written).
• Should be flexible in working night shift.
• Should be flexible with work from office.
