    Job Title:Finance Manager

    JobLocation: Riyadh SaudiArabia.

    Reportingto:CEO.

    JobSummary:

    The Finance Manager holdsa critical position in the finance department playing a key role inthe financial leadership and strategy of the organization.Responsible for managing the holdings financial actions includingplanning risk management and financial reporting. The FinanceManager will work closely with other senior executives and theboard of directors to make decisions regarding the holdingsfinancial strategy and operations. The role requires a strategicthinker with exceptional analytical skills an indepth understandingof the Real Estate sector in Saudi Arabia and management bestpractices.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Developand implement financial strategies aligned with the holdingsobjectives.
    • Oversee longterm budgetary planningand cost management in alignment with the holdings strategicplan.
    • Analyze financial reports trends andopportunities for financial growth including investments capitalexpenditure divestitures and mergers.
    • Overseethe preparation of the companys budget and financialforecasts.
    • Implement a robust financialplanning and analysis (FP&A) process that will predict theholdings future performance.
    • Manage thecompanys cash flow and forecasting. Develop a reliable cash flowprojection process and reporting mechanism that includes a minimumcash threshold to meet operatingneeds.
    • Coordinate and lead the annual auditprocess liaise with external auditors and the finance committee ofthe board of directors; assess any changesnecessary.
    • Oversee the issuance of financialinformation and report financial results to the board of directorsshareholders and corporate officers.
    • Lead thefinance team setting goals performing evaluations and implementingprofessional developmentopportunities.
    • Communicate with externalstakeholders to convey the companys financial performance andstrategieseffectively.

    KeyRequirements:

    • Mastersdegree in accounting finance.
    • professionalcertifications (e.g. CFA CPA) are highlydesirable.
    • At least 7 years of experience infinancial management roles with a significant portion of that timespent in Finance.
    • Manager or equivalentseniorlevel position.
    • Strong understanding ofregulatory and financial reporting requirements including GAAP IFRSSOCPA and other applicable accountingstandards.
    • Proven track record in developingfinancial strategies managing financial planning and analysisaccounting and budgeting.
