职位描述:

1. Manage the overall retail index of IR, ensure the achievement of business objectives, promote the improvement of operation quality and combat effectiveness, and achieve sales targets;

Responsible for organizing and coordinating resources, closed-loop management of first-line difficulties and requests for help;

2. Responsible for unit production, establishment and daily management of IR team, enhance the combat effectiveness and enthusiasm of retail team through retail manpower planning, basic operation management, operation specification formulation, motivation and empowerment;

3. Responsible for retail operation system construction and optimization, including retail data management, resource delivery management, store operation management, etc.;

4, responsible for IR store product coverage and Sell though

1、对IR整体零售指标进行管理,保障业务目标达成,推进作业质量和战斗力提升,达成销售目标;负责组织协调资源,对一线困难和求助进行闭环管理;

2、对IR团队的单产负责,搭建及日常管理,通过零售人力规划、基础运作管理、作业规范制定、激励及赋能,提升零售团队的战斗力和积极性;

3、负责零售作业体系建设与优化,包括零售数据管理、资源投放管理、门店作业管理等;

4、对IR门店的产品覆盖和Sell though负责

职位要求:

1, more than 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication and coordination skills, familiar with consumer business;

2. Strong retail data analysis ability, strong communication and coordination ability, keen industry insight awareness and ability;

3, have a strong team management ability, have the spirit of struggle, can lead the team charge;

4, familiar with the local market is preferred
