    Job Description:


    Parsons are looking for an amazingly talented Interface Manager to join our team In this role you will get to work on our Diriyah Gate Project.

    Under the direction of the Senior Interface Manager, engage with key third party steak holders including but not limited to Governmental Authority , as well as relevant parties impacted or affected by project works to understand their needs and concerns, taking measures to maintain effective relationships with all parties throughout the project.


    Responsibilities:


    Contribute to the development of the operations and management control system, and the interface with third party systems and operations.

    Contribute to the development of an Interface Management Plan , monitoring and coordinating implementation.

    Contribute to the project schedule of works and progress monitoring throughout the project.

    Provide input and solutions which allow for minimal third-party impact, whilst maintaining commercially effective project delivery.

    Maintain effective relationships with third parties to avoid disputes and commercial compensation claims.


    Produce and maintain appropriate, standardized documents and regular reporting to the senior management and other stakeholders reflecting key issues, resolutions, and performance to enable them to effectively understand risks and impacts on the project.


    Ensure a collaborative approach is maintained across the team to facilitate the planning and delivery of interface works, ensuring all issues are clearly understood by teams addressed, and appropriate interventions developed and implemented.

    Chairs weekly interface meetings, prepares and submits summary of project progress and pending issues to Senior Interface Manager.

    Submits monthly reports.

    Interface with clients, attend regular meetings and provide statistical reports.

    Assesses the impact(s) of design/ construction changes and schedule slippages.

    May be required to make informal or formal presentations.

    Keeps client and Project Manager informed of the day-to-day activities of the project. Maintains accurate documentation of job progress through daily logs and other reports. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor s degree in engineering or construction management or related field

    3 + years related work experience is required, including supervisory/ managerial experience.


    Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required.

    Arabic/English languages and very proficient in English so that communication with Project personnel is 100%

    Driving License

    Able to represent the project to all agencies by written communication, meetings, etc.
