    Hotel Manager- Saudi Arabia

    Job Summary    : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all operations of our client hotel. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of service and ensuring that the hotel operates efficiently and profitably.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Oversee all hotel operations for efficient, profitable management.
    • Lead and manage staff across departments, ensuring performance and guest satisfaction.
    • Handle day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
    • Manage the hotel's budget, including cost control, financial reporting, and payroll.
    • Maximize revenue through sales strategies and yield management.
    • Maintain the highest standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns effectively.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulations and oversee health and safety procedures.
    • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with hotel objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity for growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing to enhance hotel reputation and community relationships.
    • Regularly inspect facilities and services for quality control and improvement.

    Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
    • Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including current trends and best practices.
