Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HSE Trainer, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HSE Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality health and safety training sessions, conducting needs analysis, creating training content, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. Other responsibilities include maintaining compliance with industry standards, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to, and fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for participants.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety standards, regulations, and best practices
- Certifications or expertise in NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences
- Experience in Training delivery, with a focus on Safety Training
- Proficiency in designing and customizing instructional materials
- Ability to assess and adapt training approaches based on audience needs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Prior experience in occupational health and safety training is an advantage
