Responsibilities:
Itineraryplanning for destination weddings, sports teams, family trips,romantic getaways, groups, work trips, andmore
Plandetails for getaways including transportation, accommodation, andairlines.
Workwith clients to determine their destinationneeds.
Guideclients on appropriate styles of transportation, dates, costs, andaccommodations.
Managelarge-scale events including conferences andretreats.
Booktransportation and hotel reservations on behalf ofclients.
Collectpayments and payfees.
Resolveissues, complaints, andrefunds.
Maintainclient information and financialrecords.
Ensureyou stay up-to-date with tourism trends by attending travelseminars.
