  • Job Summary:

    The Service Associate Guest Relations will be responsible for personalized and prompt service to VIP guests from arrival to departure, provide all hotel guests courteous, tactful, and efficient services according to standards established by Shangri‐La Hotels and Resorts.

    As a Service Associate - Guest Relations, we rely on you to,

  • To have knowledge of the operational systems at the Front Office.
  • To have complete knowledge of Shangri‐Las standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Establishes relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty.
  • Actively obtains feedback from guests to improve services and facilities.

  • Is familiar with all happening in the hotel, arrivals, departures, and see‐offs of guests staying in‐house or attending a function.
  • Is familiar with VIP room blocks and conducts random inspections of rooms.
  • What we are Looking For:

  • Has previous experience in luxury hotels and knowledge of Front Office / Guest Relations
  • Articulate, presentable and well groomed.
  • Has high proficiency in both written and verbal English.
