TheRole:

This is afull-time Sales role based in aCommercial horticulture operation in Kildare. The role will involvelearning all about the stock, gaining product and market knowledgeand being able to sell. It will involve some light duties aroundthe nursery in preparation for sales, tidying, arranging displays,moving stock etc. But will mainly involve selling and dealing withthe public who arrive as customers to the premises and at timeswith wholesale also. Mornings are often quite busy and a goodproblem solver, and someone with good people skills isrequired.

What you need tosucceed

Some Sales experience,and / or experience in a customer facing or public facingrole.

Ideally some Horticultural knowledge andinterest.

At least 2 years experience in asimilar role.

You need to be a problem solver,with good people skills, negotiation, and sales ability.

Comfortable working outdoors for a good portion of theday.
