    Main Purpose And Key Responsibilities

    Main Purpose:

    The Procurement Analyst will support and optimize the organization's procurement and associated supply chain processes. The person will analyze data, perform and monitor procurement activities and provide insights and recommendations to improve procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare proposals, request quotations, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
    • Procurement supervision of affiliates.
    • Procurement Compliance.
    • Identify preferred vendors.
    • Manage smooth vendor relationships.
    • Prepare and issue purchase orders and requests and arrange contractual agreements.
    • Coordinate and align procurement activities with finance BP&A and FR&A
    • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.
    • Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings.
    • Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
    • Support any ad hoc procurement activities for Lifera or affiliates if required.
    • Maintain inventory of existing contracts and vendor masters
    • Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and ensure the timely procurement of necessary goods and services.
    • Prepare and present basic reports and MIS that provide insights into procurement performance, cost savings and key performance indicators.

    Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

    Educational qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or procurement

    Experience:

    Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement

    Advanced procurement certification preferred (CPM, etc.)
