The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and completion of various civil engineering projects, adhering to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction management, and a proven track record of delivering complex civil engineering projects within budget and on schedule.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction activities for civil engineering projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement.
• Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, subcontractors, and vendors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful implementation of construction plans and strategies.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Review and interpret engineering designs, blueprints, and specifications, and collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve any construction-related issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality assessments, and progress evaluations to track project milestones and identify potential risks or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, providing regular project updates, addressing any concerns or queries, and ensuring effective communication throughout the construction phase.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts, and work closely with the finance department to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Prepare and present comprehensive construction progress reports, project evaluations, and post-construction analyses to senior management and key stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 13 years in a construction management role within the civil engineering or construction industry, demonstrating comprehensive experience in managing complex construction projects from initiation to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable to civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving project objectives and delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and construction teams.
• Proficiency in using construction management software, project management tools, and MS Office suite for construction planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• An experience interspersed with working with well-known consulting companies, and he has technical and practical expertise in the field of implementing infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, roads, storm water drainage channels, city development programs, reviewing executive structural designs, and following up on their implementation.
• has sufficient experience in reviewing and approving designs that are updated as required by the work on the ground in the project sites, and it is preferable that he be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
