    Work Experience: Experience inthe field of Quality Assurance, with a deep understanding ofvarious QA concepts, tools andframeworks.

    Technical Knowledge: Broadunderstanding of quality assurance methods and tools, statisticalanalysis, testing techniques and total qualitymanagement.

    Leadership skills: The ability tolead the work team and direct them to improve and ensure thequality of work and achieve setgoals.

    Communication and Problem Solving:Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal withcustomers and solve problemseffectively.

    Analysis and continuous improvement:The ability to analyze data and reports related to work quality anddevelop processes to maintain the highest levels ofquality.
