- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A Sandfill Master is responsible for overseeing and managing sandfill operations in various construction or land reclamation projects
- Ensure the efficient and effective execution of sandfill activities while adhering to project specifications and environmental regulation, able to manage team of Supervisor, Foreman, pipefitter and other laborers / equipment's engaged in sandfill operation
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sandfill operations in the offshore industry.
- Sound knowledge of land reclamation techniques and offshore construction.
- Proven track record in managing sandfill operations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
