Our client, a premium organic coffee shop based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is dedicated to offering a unique coffee experience, emphasizing organic produce and sustainable practices. They are in search of a Coffee Shop Manager who can lead their team and ensure the shop's vision and standards are consistently met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
• Manage inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and fresh.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
• Engage with customers, addressing any feedback or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers, ensuring the quality and organic standards of products are maintained.
• Monitor sales and financial metrics, setting goals and strategies to achieve targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, introducing new products or services in line with the shop's brand.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing a coffee shop, restaurant, or similar establishment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
• Knowledge of organic coffee and sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle the fast-paced environment of a busy coffee shop.
