• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline employeeconflicts loss of business to competitors).
• Benchmark with marketing agencies.
• Public relations.
• Teammanagement.
• Quality Control.
• Oversee recruitment and training of newemployees

Other Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operation Manager orsimilar role.
• Knowledge of business processand functions (finance HR procurement operations etc.).
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellentcommunication skills.
• Outstandingorganizational and leadership skills.
• BSc/BAin Business Administration MSc/MA is a plus.
