    For our new office in Riyadh, we are looking for

    Office Manager (Saudi National) - 100% (m/f)

    The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with more than 5 years experience in a similar role


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
    • Manage recruitment and hiring processes in compliance with Saudi labor laws.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of local employment regulations and ensure the company's adherence.
    • Handle basic accounting tasks, including budgeting, expense tracking, and liaising with the finance department.
    • Coordinate with local government bodies and legal advisors to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
    • Organize and maintain office records, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
    • Facilitate effective communication between the Saudi office and global counterparts.
    • Assist in organizing local events and managing logistics for business activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
    • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and employment practices.
    • Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
