ملخص الوظيفة
يتولى شاغل المنصب مسؤولية تصميم وتحسين وحوكمة الهياكل التنظيمية بما يضمن الكفاءة والشفافية والملاءمة مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمجموعة. كما يشارك في وضع النماذج التشغيلية وضمان وضوح الأدوار والمسؤوليات، وتطبيق الحوكمة الفعّالة من خلال المواثيق التنظيمية ومصفوفات الصلاحيات.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
تصميم النماذج التشغيلية والهياكل التنظيمية المناسبة بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية العمل.
تحليل الوضع الحالي للهيكل التنظيمي وتحديد فرص التحسين في نطاق الإشراف ومستويات الإدارة.
قيادة عمليات تطوير التصنيف الوظيفي وضمان الالتزام بالهيكل التنظيمي المعتمد.
إعداد وتنفيذ سياسات وضوابط حوكمة الوظائف والتحكم في المناصب المعتمدة.
إعداد دراسات القوى العاملة والنماذج المستقبلية بناءً على الكفاءة والتكلفة التشغيلية.
إعداد التقارير ولوحات المتابعة الخاصة بمؤشرات الأداء التنظيمي مثل عدد الموظفين ونطاق الإشراف ومستويات الإدارة.
تطوير وتحديث سياسة وإجراءات التصميم التنظيمي وضمان الالتزام بها.
التنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية مثل الموارد البشرية والمالية وتقنية المعلومات لتنفيذ التغييرات التنظيمية.
إدارة الشركاء الاستشاريين وضمان جودة المخرجات ضمن الأطر الزمنية المحددة.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة
درجة البكالوريوس في علم النفس الصناعي أو التنظيمي أو الموارد البشرية أو الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال.
يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير أو شهادات مهنية متخصصة في الموارد البشرية.
خبرة لا تقل عن عشر إلى اثنتي عشرة سنة في مجال التصميم التنظيمي أو تخطيط القوى العاملة أو استراتيجية الموارد البشرية.
خبرة سابقة في القطاعات الصناعية أو الإنشائية، ويفضل من لديه خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية ومصر والهند وفيتنام.
إجادة استخدام برامج تحليل وتصميم الهياكل التنظيمية مثل برامج الرسوم البيانية وتحليل البيانات.
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً.

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Organizational Design to lead the design, optimization, and governance of SENAAT's organization structures across business units and countries.

Position Summary
The role is accountable for designing, optimizing, and governing organizational structures (spans & layers, position control, job architecture alignment) to enhance efficiency, scalability, and clarity of roles. The position works closely with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to translate corporate strategy into operating models and ensure structure governance through charters, decision rights, and RACI matrices.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into target operating models and fit-for-purpose organization structures.

• Conduct diagnostics on current spans, layers, and role clarity to identify improvement opportunities.

• Lead job architecture and position control governance across all entities and countries.

• Drive workforce planning, modeling headcount and productivity, and executing structure changes.

• Maintain OD dashboards and metrics (FTE, spans & layers, vacancies, exceptions).

• Oversee OD policy, playbook, and audit readiness; ensure accurate documentation and data integrity.

• Manage internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver high-quality design outcomes.

• Ensure structure changes comply with approved headcount and budget.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, Engineering, or Business Administration.

• Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.

• 10–12 years of experience in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, or HR Strategy.

• Prior exposure to manufacturing and construction sectors, ideally across KSA, India, Egypt, or Vietnam.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Oracle HCM, Power BI, and org design tools (Visio/Lucidchart).

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
