Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Structural Inspector to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in structural inspection, with a proven track record of working with Tier 1 consultants, local authorities, and extensive knowledge of the regulatory framework in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

1. Structural Inspection:

• Conduct thorough structural inspections on a variety of projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Evaluate and document the structural integrity of buildings, bridges, and other structures throughout different construction phases.

2.Compliance Assurance:

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all structural elements adhere to approved designs, codes, and regulations.
• Provide expertise in resolving any structural-related issues that may arise during construction.

3.Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting findings, deviations, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, approvals, and relevant documentation.

4.Collaboration with Consultants:

• Work closely with Tier 1 consultants to align inspection activities with project goals and design requirements.
• Provide valuable input during the design phase to enhance constructability and compliance.

5.Local Authorities Liaison:

• Interface with local authorities to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and ensure compliance with regional building codes.
• Act as a representative of the company during interactions with regulatory bodies.

6.Quality Assurance:

• Implement and oversee quality control measures to guarantee the structural integrity of completed projects.
• Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in structural processes.

7.Training and Development:

• Mentor and guide junior inspectors and project team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations, providing ongoing training to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in structural inspection.
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 consultants on large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
