Job Duties:

• Perform all tasks related to cost control, planning and reporting, progress measurement, schedule development/control and management of change, project trends, bottle necks, procurement monitoring, wastage control, logs to monitor document/material submission to supervision consultant, presentation to client representatives, developing/modifying Testing & Commissioning and Handing Over Plan, facilitation in hand-over process etc.
• Prepare & Monitor detailed construction project cost and cash flow reports
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress update along with weekly & monthly look-ahead schedules
• Prepare & Monitor procurement log
• Perform data analysis to identify deviation from baseline schedule & approved cost
• Perform earned value analysis to find project trends.
• Monitor Material Wastage
• Highlight project bottlenecks
• Able to read & understand drawing

• Proficiency in Primavera

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile:

Education:
Bachler s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3 to 5 years experience

Language:
Excellent & highly proficient in spoken and written English - Fluent Arabic (preferable).

Required Licenses:
Saudi Council of Engineers - Certified PMP (Preferable).

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)
