    Nestle Waters KSA Almanhal Water Factory (Position is based in Riyadh Industrial Area)

    Position Summary

    Deliver local HR services within the defined SLAs (Quality time accuracy and compliance) acting as the customer facing representative for the administrative activities and lead HR Services team to deliver services according to the requirements established for KSA.

    A day in the life of HR Services

    • Lead the team and self to work together with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain ensuring a consistent and efficient execution of local activities
    • Manage and lead the country HR Services team virtually and deliver local HR services within the defined SLAs (Quality time accuracy and compliance)
    • Coach and monitor HR Services activities across KSA
    • Have a general knowledge about the E2E HR processes (Employee Life Cycle Recruitment Rewards Talent) acting as local support to HRBPs Line Managers and employees
    • Manage all administrative HR processes (e.g. Induction Exit Formalities Payroll Time Management Benefits Employees Queries Audits Reconciliations Final Settlements paper filing document stamping legal requirements etc.) within the defined SLAs in line with Standard Routines across HR Processes
    • Provide high quality customer experience to all employees.
    • Partner with the respective HRBP to ensure HR operational needs are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Partner with Nestle Shared Service Center team to ensure data accuracy and timeliness of HR services provided.
    • Coordinate Local Trainings (logistics attendance etc...) and raise webforms to ensure capturing the employees who have attended a training taking place locally.
    • Provide relevant information and manage local HR processes (e.g. Payroll Time Management Benefits administration).
    • Ensures policies practices and procedures are applied understood and followed with a customer centric mindset
    • Support BlueCollar employees with managing their data (Updating personal information in the system applying for leave requesting certificates etc)
    • Understand and implement legal and regulatory requirements in the different cluster countries.
    • Display a processimprovement mindset to continuously improve efficiencies in HR

    What will make you successful

    • 3 to 4 years experience in Human Resources
    • Demonstrated experience of leading others
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
    • Strong Service orientation
    • Strong stakeholder management
    • Ensure consistency in execution in line with local compliance
    • Continuous Improvement mindset
    • Bilingual (Arabic & English)
