    We are working with an International Oilfield Serviceswho is looking for Logistics Compliance Supervisor for KSA.

    As a Logistics Compliance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our logistics operations in the oil and gas industry. Your responsibilities will include:

    Roles and Responsibilities:


    1. HSE Compliance & Vehicle Inspection:

    • Oversee and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
    • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they meet safety standards.
    • Implement and maintain HSE protocols for logistics activities.

    2. Pre and Post Load Checklist:

    • Develop and maintain pre and post load checklists for all shipments.
    • Ensure that all pre-load inspections are completed thoroughly and accurately.
    • Verify post-load checklists to confirm that shipments meet quality and safety requirements.

    3. Journey for Consolidated Loads from Segment:

    • Plan and coordinate the efficient consolidation of loads from various segments.
    • Monitor and optimize the transportation routes to maximize efficiency.
    • Ensure timely and safe delivery of consolidated loads to their destinations.

    4. Driver Compliance:

    • Monitor driver performance and adherence to safety protocols.
    • Conduct driver training and coaching sessions as needed.
    • Maintain driver compliance records and documentation.

    5. RAG Report Monitoring:

    • Generate, review, and analyze Risk Assessment and Gap (RAG) reports regularly.
    • Take proactive measures to address identified gaps and mitigate risks.
    • Provide timely updates and recommendations to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience in logistics and compliance management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
    • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
    • Proficiency in using logistics management software.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
