THEOPPORTUNITY

TheERP Change Management Consultant and Change Management Lead applyour best practice based Change Management model to develop acomprehensive change management plan that incorporates activitiesto change employee skills, tasks and behaviours to optimize thechange,including:

·Assessorganizational impact and organizational readiness for thechange

·Activateleadership to take ownership of thechange

·Ensurealignment between any new processes or tasks, and org structure androles

·Engageemployees and managers in the design of the change, and ensure allunderstand their new roles postimplementation

·Trainemployees on new system and process skills related to thechange

·Contributeto change communications, training and knowledge transfer plans andactivities using a pragmatic and creative approach for high impactresults

YOU

Youre comfortable contracting with an established boutique firm andlook forward to furthering your successful track record ofdelivering superior results for In addition, you:

·Combineyour relevant educational background with at least 5 years ofexperience on ERP or complex technology implementations such as SAP/ S4 Hana implementations that involve multiple coremodules
