To respondto customer quires and requests through phone, email, web update necessary systems and details about the interactionand callerdetails

Job RolesandResponsibilities

Answering telephone calls in a timely manner and providing helpfulaccurate information tocallers.

Demonstrate high level of empathy during interactions with thecaller.

Making outgoing telephone calls to customer/clients to providefurther information or to follow up on information previously givenif needed.

Supporting other functions within the project such as appointmentbooking, making outgoing calls for appointments, providing specificinformation and more as instructed by linemanager.

Keeping database up todate

Ensureadherence to company policies, procedures andpractices.

Providing good customer service to callers by always demonstratingshowing positivebehavior.

Attend training courses relevant to the role and implement thetraining asappropriate.

Establishing and maintaining effective workingrelationships

Communicating effectively verbally and in writing in both Arabicand English.

Work as a team with other colleagues to carry out worksmoothly.

Tounderstand the need for and maintain strict confidentiality at alltimes
