    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    • Implementationof a comprehensive system to follow up the preparation andsubmission of operational plans and the system must be able toissue periodic status reports.
    • Implementationof the material distribution schedule and the main schedule ofpurchase orders in order to follow up on all major materials andequipment and the system must be able to issue status reports on aregular basis.
    • Implementation of thecomprehensive project schedule from the third level of the testingand commissioning activities which includes a logical relationshipand distribution of resources and the schedule needs to be updatedon a monthly basis.
    • Implementation of a safetyhealth environment and security management program that includesthe approval of professional accreditations for scaffold buildersinspectors crane operators mobile equipment operators and heavyequipment operators.
    • Apply comprehensive WBSmethodology for the entire full contractscope.
    • Applying the comprehensive schedule ofthe project from the third level on the construction activitieswhich includes a logical relationship and distribution of resourcesand it is necessary to issue the schedule on a monthlybasis.
    • Applying a system to follow up theprogress of work based on the quantities executed according to thecontract quantities tables and the system must be able to issuework status reports periodically.
    • Applying afollowup system for the efficiency of labor according to thepercentage of completion of the executed works compared to the timeperiods mentioned in the main schedule of the project. The systemshould be able to issue work status reportsperiodically.
    • Informs themselves of therelevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational HealthPolicies Manuals and Procedures within Hill International andensures continued compliance with these requirements while employedby Hill.
    • Perform other duties as assigned bythe linemanager/supervisor.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge andSkills:

    • BachelorsDegree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or equivalentdegrees from an accredited WesternUniversity.
    • At Least 13 years of experience ina Construction Management role. A min. of 5 years of workingexperience in a similar role within PMC.
    • PMPCIOB RICS or equivalent certification is stronglypreferred.
    • Strong track record in deliveringprojects in a fastmoving and challengingenvironment.
    • Computer literate in MicrosoftOffice applications including Excel andWord.
    • Excellent command of written and spokenEnglish.
    • Able to work under pressure and tightdeadlines.
    • Excellent communication andorganization skills.
