1- The applicant must be of Saudinationality.
2- The applicant must be medicallyfit.

3- The applicant must have obtained all academicdegrees through full regular study and residence in the country ofstudy - and it must not be through affiliation, correspondence,distance learning, or combined education or the like, and theapplicant must attach evidence of his scholarship or sending him tostudy if he obtains any of the academic qualifications, which is Onthe job.4- The academic certificates must be from recognizeduniversities and the academic qualifications issued outside theKingdom of Saudi Arabia must be equivalent to the Ministry ofEducation.

5- The applicant's specialization inthe master's and doctoral stages must be an extension ofhis specialization in the bachelor's level or based onit, and it must be compatible with the nature of the job.

6- The applicant's grade should notbe less than very good at all levels (Bachelor's,Master's, Doctorate).

7- That the academicpromotions obtained by the applicant have taken place in recognizeduniversities, and that he has maintained there throughout hisspecialization.

8- The age must not exceed 30 years forthose with a bachelor's degree or 35 for those with amaster's degree for applicants for the position ofteaching assistant (the Hijri date at the time of submitting theapplication is taken into account).

9- The age must notexceed 45 years for applicants for the rank of Assistant Professor(the Hijri date at the time of submitting the application is takeninto account).

10- The applicant must meet the specialconditions set forth for each position, and the controls forappointing faculty members and the like approved by the UniversityCouncil.

11- The applicant must have completed at leasthalf of the internship training period for the specializationsrequired by him at the time of submitting the application, providedthat he completes the training period before the appointmentdecision is issued.

12- He must have obtained therequired score in the English language tests and standard andprofessional tests according to the attached table.

13-The applicant must pass the personal interview conducted by therelevant committees.
14- Limit the application to one joband complete all required documents on the electronic employmentsystem during the application period.

Applications in which this isnot achieved or in which any of the data is proven to be incorrectwill be excluded.

15- Those who hold a master'sdegree have the right to apply for teaching assistant positionsand, if accepted, do not have the right to demand promotion to ahigher rank except after obtaining a doctoratedegree.

16- The final approval of the appointment issubject to the regulations received by the university from theMinistry of Education and the University Affairs Council related tothe restructuring of the university's departments,colleges, and specializations.

17- Valid documents mustbe submitted proving obtaining professional classifications andpassing the approved standard tests according to the table detailedabove.
18- Must have a bachelor's degree in aspecialty History and theories ofarchitecture
