    We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team in the oil and energy industry. The Maintenance Planner will work together with the maintenance team to maintain and enhance the maintenance program ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and evaluate maintenance performance data to identify emerging trends and future needs
    • Develop, implement, and maintain the maintenance planning process for equipment and facilities
    • Schedule and coordinate work orders and PMs, ensuring timely completion of work
    • Maintain and update asset records and maintenance schedules using computerized maintenance management systems
    • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently
    • Identify and make recommendations for improvements in maintenance planning processes, procedures, and systems
    • Review and approve work requests as an initial step in the planning process

    Requirements

    • You should have a minimum of 11 years of maintenance experience, including at least three years devoted to planning of maintenance jobs.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
    • You should have the ability to identify all materials, services, equipment, and special preparations required for each maintenance job.
    • Knowledge of SAP is a must (SAP PM AND MM MODULE)
    • Knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices, as well as legal and regulatory compliance requirements
    • Strong computer skills, including experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
