• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining scope, schedule, resources, and budget parameters.
• Continuously track project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate estimation and meticulous cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Efficiently coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
• Assess project risks, develop comprehensive risk management plans, and implement strategies to mitigate unforeseen challenges.
• Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress, productivity, and quality.
• Evaluate the impact of changes on schedule, budget, and resources, and meticulously document and manage change orders.
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing transparent insights into project status.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that construction work adheres to established standards and specifications.
• Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including project plans, contracts, and communications.
• Analyze project performance to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management , or a related field
• Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in project control within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Experience with construction scheduling and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
