Unique and unprecedented in Riyadh, this new innovative hub, situated at the heart of the diplomatic quarter, will be geared around multi-disciplinary collaborative projects for K12 education. Under the guidance of experts, middle and high school students solve problems through a critical, rigorous, and iterative process. Our team has expertise in industrial design, architecture, robotics, engineering, fashion, art, music, filmmaking, and graphic design; this diversity is key to shaping the future generation.
As the Center Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing and managing the space and especially the maker space. You will be in charge of the following:-

• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing the center's growth strategies.
• Training low-level managers and staff.
• Creating and managing yearly budgets.
• Growing Revenue and profitability.
• Hiring employees.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Analyzing accounting and financial data.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Generating reports and giving presentations.
• Establishing relationships with potential clients (schools, parents and NGO's)
• Degree in business management or a master's in business administration.
• 5 years' experience in management at a school or kids activities center.
• Ability to manage a multi functional team
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Has business acumen (basic understanding of accounting, budgeting, and operation)
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Has business development capability (attracting new registrations, developing and building relationships, finding new opportunities)
• Highly organized.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literate.
• Proactive nature.

LAMBA is a pioneering innovation Center, in Riyadh, that aims to expand STEM and studio-based educational opportunities beyond the traditional school day for student's ages 5-18. The program provides multi-year pathways for students to develop their creativity, while continuously learning new skills in design, innovation, engineering, and entrepreneurship. Its educational model is implemented by the School of Innovation "NuVu", an innovative full-time educational program whose pedagogy is based on the Architectural Design Studio model, where a coach guides students in hands-on problem-solving to tackle complex, comprehensive problems.
