    We are seeking aqualified and experienced Contact Center Agent to join our team. Asa Contact Center Agent you will be responsible for handlingcustomer inquiries complaints and providing excellent customerservice.

    In this role you will be the firstpoint of contact for our customers so it is essential to possessstrong communication and problemsolving skills. You will need to beable to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive andprofessional attitude throughout.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional andcourteous manner
    • Provide accurate informationand assistance to customers regarding product details pricing andpromotions
    • Resolve customer complaints andproblems to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Process sales orders and assist in ordermanagement
    • Maintain and update customerdatabase with accurate and relevant information
    • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediatelyresolved
    • Achieve and maintain individual andteam performance targets

    Skills

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a customer service or call centerrole
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
    • Strong problemsolvingability
    • Proficient in using customer servicesoftware and Microsoft Office suite
    • Ability tomultitask and work under pressure
    • Strongattention to detail and accuracy
    • Flexibilityto work in different shifts including weekends andholidays
