    Education and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, generalagriculture, environmental architecture, or related field. AMaster's degree may sometimes bepreferred.

    Knowledge of plants and environmentaldesign: In-depth knowledge of different types of plants and how touse them in designing and creating natural greenspaces.

    Drawing and design skills: The ability touse computer programs for three-dimensional design (3D) andengineering drawing programs such as AutoCAD andothers.

    Environment and Sustainability Knowledge:An understanding of environmental and sustainability principles andhow they are integrated into landscapedesigns.

    Communication skills: Ability tocommunicate effectively with clients and other technical teams tounderstand project requirements and provide appropriatedesigns.
